These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quanttech.co and any content, forms and chat assistant on it (the “Website”), operated by Quant Tech (“Quant Tech”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Consulting, implementation, development and support work is provided under a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal signed by both parties. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement applies.

You may use the Website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the Website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Submit false information or someone else’s details without permission, or send spam through our forms or chat assistant.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers or connected systems, or interfere with their security or performance.
- Scrape, copy or reuse the Website content in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.
- Upload malware or any code designed to damage or disrupt.
03Information on the Website
Website content — including articles, guides, pricing ranges, timelines and examples — is general information to help you understand our services. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation, and it may change without notice. Estimates become binding only when set out in a signed proposal or agreement.
Dashboards, pipelines, stats and other visuals marked as samples or illustrations are examples and do not show real client data.
04Chat assistant
The Website may include an automated chat assistant that answers common questions and can pass your details to our team. Its answers are general guidance and may not be complete or accurate; please confirm important details with us directly. Information you share in the chat is handled under our Privacy Policy.
05Intellectual property
The Website and its content, design, text, graphics and code are owned by Quant Tech or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Quant Tech and its logo are our brand. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on the Website identifies the platforms we work with and does not imply endorsement unless a partnership is stated.
06Your submissions
When you send us information through a form, email or the chat assistant, you confirm it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential business information until a confidentiality agreement or contract is in place.

The Website may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have under consumer protection laws such as the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where they apply.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Quant Tech against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise. If you are a client, the governing law in your signed agreement applies to the services.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
