02Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact details you enter in our forms or chat assistant, such as your name, business email, phone number, company name and country.
  • Details about your project, such as the service, platform or industry you are interested in and any message you write.
  • Information you share when you email, call or meet us, and records of those conversations.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic technical data our web server records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
  • The page on our website from which you submitted a form, so we know which service you were reading about.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government ID details) through the website. Please do not include it in forms or messages.

03How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations, proposals and quotes.
  • To deliver, manage and support the services you ask us for.
  • To keep a record of our relationship with you in our CRM.
  • To send occasional updates about our services where you have agreed or where the law allows it. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To keep our website secure, prevent misuse and improve its content.
  • To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

05How we share information

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Zoho Corporation — our CRM (Zoho CRM). Website form and chat submissions are sent directly to our Zoho CRM account.
  • Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
  • Email, calendar and video-meeting providers we use to communicate with you.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality duties.

When you engage us for a project, we may access your systems (for example your Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot organisation) under the confidentiality and data-processing terms agreed in our contract with you. That data is handled under the contract, not this website policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, with notice to you where required.

06International transfers

We operate from Canada and India and our service providers may store data in other countries, including India, Canada, the United States and the European Union. When information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps — such as contractual safeguards with providers — to make sure it is protected to the standard described in this policy and required by applicable law.

07Cookies and tracking

Our website currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

08How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and CRM records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and generally for no more than 3 years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

09How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our CRM and systems, and confidentiality obligations for our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

10Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Ask us to delete your information, or restrict or object to how we use it.
  • Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights (India).
  • Complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email info@quanttech.co. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (usually within 30 days).
